I am not a good therapist...

The first thing we will do together is figure out what's going on for you.

This might mean asking questions about your childhood if that fits, but just as likely, our adventure will begin as an exercise in using your left-hand to interpret the sound reverberating through your chest cavity as you speak your truth.

It works the way a lie detector measures your autonomic response, except we're not looking for deceit. We're allowing your every thought, your every feeling, your every memory, your every behaviour, to reveal itself as an important part of your wholeness.
